Evolution Homes held a Grand Opening July 15 for Millenia, its new home community located on Pelican Way, off of Cottonwood Dr.
D. Rick Cheney, President of Evolution Homes, said the development includes 76 home sites. Two model homes have been completed, with seven under construction. Two of those are near completion and three have been sold, Cheney said.
The open House included tours of the two model homes and those under construction and a ribbon cutting ceremony in which Cheney thanked those in attention and expressed gratitude to Mayor Roy Edgington and the City of Fernley.
“We’re proud of them and hope the community is proud of them,” Cheney said.
