Lyon County Human Services hosting Healthy Aging Expo May 31

Lyon County Human Resources is scheduled to host a Healthy Aging Expo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 31.

The event is to help celebrate the 24th annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day.

It will include fitness classes, health education workshops, local resource information, a blood drive, a raffle and lunch and snacks will be provided.

The Expo will be held at the Silver Springs Senior Center, 2045 Ft. Churchill Road.
