WNC offers Motorcyle Rider Courses

WNC offers Motorcyle Rider Courses
The Fernley Reporter

Registration is now open for the Western Nevada College 2017 Motorcycle Rider Course classes. WNC uses the Motorcycle Safety Foundation curriculum for the Basic Rider Course (BRC) - $160, Basic Rider Course II - $85 and the Advanced Rider Course (ARC) $85.

BRC -Learn how to ride a motorcycle in 2 1/2 days and earn your MSF completion card for a Class M endorsement from Nevada DMV.

BRC II - This intermediate course has two functions - 1- if you are currently riding and need to earn your MSF completion card for a Nevada DMV Class M endorsement or 2- you are Class M endorsed and would like a little more instruction with the bike you ride now.

ARC - The Advanced Rider Course is for students who hold a Class M endorsement.  This course designed for the military is the civilian version of the MRSB course.  Great class to update or hone your motorcycle riding skills - parallel riding and cornering, smother throttle control, better tire traction, risk behavior / tolerance, etc.

Most insurance companies will offer a motorcycle discount when you complete one of these MSF courses.

To register go to: www.campusce.net/wnc/ or call 775-445-4268 or 775-445-4463.

Enjoy the joy that riding a motorcycle brings you.

I grew up in Fernley and would be interested to see how many answers I know. The coin is beautiful. Congrats on 25 years as a city! Why does the County have to pay the whole bill? Just my opinion.
