Kyle and Cassie Hayden are introducing themselves to Fernley shoppers as the new owners of the city’s Grocery Outlet, fulfilling a goal the husband-and-wife team say they have worked hard to reach.
The Haydens, who have two young daughters, announced their new role in a social media message welcoming customers and sharing their excitement about the next chapter for their family.
“Becoming store owners has been a goal we’ve worked hard toward, and we’re thrilled to share it with this community,” they wrote.
For the couple, the business also connects with a familiar household concern: keeping groceries within the family budget.
“As a family, we know how much it matters to find great groceries at prices that fit your budget,” they wrote.
The Haydens said they look forward to bringing shoppers deals, getting to know their customers and working alongside the store’s team to make each visit welcoming.
They are encouraging shoppers to stop and introduce themselves when they visit — and to share what they enjoy finding on the shelves.
“Next time you’re shopping, please stop and say hello!” they wrote. “We’d love to meet you and hear what you love finding in the store.”
The couple closed their introduction by thanking customers for supporting their family and the locally owned Fernley store.
