1st Option Realty marked its 10th anniversary Aug. 20, celebrating a decade of helping buyers and sellers throughout Fernley and Northern Nevada.

The company, located at 40 N. Center St. in Fernley, invited clients, friends and community members to an anniversary celebration at its office with refreshments and an evening recognizing the relationships built during its first 10 years in business.

“It's with immense joy and gratitude that we mark the 10th anniversary of 1st Option Realty,” the company said in announcing the event.

Broker and real estate professional Dana Uhlhorn has deep ties to Northern Nevada and has lived in Fernley for nearly 20 years. His experience in the region also includes time in Incline Village, Carson City, Reno, Sparks and Lemmon Valley.

The company emphasizes local knowledge and personal service, describing Uhlhorn as both a real estate professional and a familiar member of the community.

That local connection has helped shape the business over the past decade as Fernley has continued to grow.

Whether clients are buying, selling or simply exploring their options, 1st Option Realty says its focus remains on straightforward advice, local experience and long-term relationships.

The company thanked the clients, partners and community members who have supported the business over the years.

The anniversary celebration offered an opportunity to look back at 10 years in business while also recognizing the growth taking place throughout Fernley.

Why does the County have to pay the whole bill? Just my opinion.
