North Lyon Fire District is holding a quilt raffle to benefit its Support Staff, with 100 percent of proceeds going toward training and safety equipment.
The patriotic quilt was handmade and donated by Karla Simmons, a member of the North Lyon Fire Support Staff.
Raffle tickets are $5 each or five for $20 and may be purchased at the North Lyon Fire District Office during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The quilt will also be on display during the district’s Sept. 11 ceremony at Station 61 on Main Street.
The winning ticket will be drawn live on Facebook at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30.
