The Nevada Veterans Coalition will conduct its monthly unaccompanied service from 9 to 9:30 a.m. June 25 at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley.
All are welcome to attend and honor veterans who have recently died.
The Nevada Veterans Coalition conducts monthly unaccompanied services specifically for veterans who passed away without family or whose families chose not to have a full military honors service.
The services, which include a full military honors ceremony, are held on the fourth Thursday of each month.
Each ceremony also includes a three-round volley and the playing of Taps.
The Patriot Guard Riders parade the colors from the columbarium wall to the pavilion to begin each service.
