Four Fernley High School SkillsUSA Chapter officers earned the Statesman’s Pin at the Fall Leadership Conference last week in Elko.

The students honored were Vice President Issabella Wolverton, Secretary Trista Wyant, Treasurer Madeline Ditrich and Reporter Liliana Jackson.

This award is only given at Fall Leadership and recognizes exceptional leadership, professionalism and commitment to SkillsUSA’s mission of developing career-ready, community-minded student leaders.

SkillsUSA is a national career and technical student organization helping students become skilled professionals, strong leaders and responsible community members.
