Senior Citizen Advisory Committee hosting 2nd annual Angel Tree

The Fernley Senior Citizen Advisory Committee is again bringing a little more Christmas cheer to local seniors.

The Senior Citizen Advisory Committee is hosting its second annual Angel Tree. Applications for recipients ages 60 and older are available for pick up at the City Clerk’s Office, for completion and return by 5 p.m. on Dec. 5. The Angel Tree is located inside City Hall and angels will be available until Dec. 15 for anyone to pick up and adopt a senior angel. 

Gifts in gift bags should be returned to the Clerk’s Office by Dec. 15. The gifts will be available for pick up by the recipients at City Hall on Dec. 19 from 12-5 p.m.
