Practice begins this Saturday for the Fernley High School basketball and wrestling teams.
The boys and girls basketball teams will be holding tryouts on Saturday while the boys and girls wrestling teams begin official drills.
The boys basketball teams will be the first to get the season under way, starting their season at Reno High School on Saturday, Nov. 29. Girls basketball opens the season Dec. 1 by hosting Reed. Wrestling season begins Dec. 5-6 with the Earl Wilkens Invitational in Fallon.
