Ingredients
∙1 cup mango chopped, fresh mango is best but canned mango works if fresh mango isn’t
available
∙1 cup plain yogurt
∙1/2 cup half and half
∙5 teaspoons honey
∙Dash ground cardamom
∙1/2 cup ice
Instructions
1. Chop mango
2. In a blender, add mango, yogurt, half and half, honey and ice
3. Blend for 30 seconds (or longer if needed)
4. Pour into cup and sprinkle with Cardamom. Enjoy
