The Fernley High School cross country program is hosting its annual Thanksgiving Turkey Trot this Thursday, November 23.
Registration for the 5k and 2.5k run/walk starts at 7:30 a.m. at Fernley High School. The 2.5k will begin at 8:30 a.m., followed by the start of the 5k at 9 a.m.
The cost is $10 for kids or $20 for adults and there is a free raffle for all participants. All revenues benefit the high school cross country program, such as travel expenses and entry fees for meets.
