The City of Fernley is collecting data from Fernley residents regarding private well issues within City limits. The information gathered will help City, State, and Federal Officials gain a better understanding of aquifer level trends and private well performance prior to and during the canal improvement project.
The form is available online on the City's website in the ??? ?? ??... category under the ??????... section. A hard copy of this form can also be found at the public works counter in the lobby at City Hall. Once complete, forms can be submitted to the Public Works admin in person, or via email to [email protected].
