New students can register for spring classes at WNC

The next opportunity to start or further your higher education dreams and goals at Western Nevada College is here.

Students new to WNC can now begin registering for spring semester courses.

Individuals can apply for admission and take care of other pre-registration requirements at wnc.edu/starthere/ to prepare for the start of spring semester on Monday, Jan. 23. For information in becoming a student, phone 775-445-3277.

WNC’s continuing and returning students began registering for spring semester courses on Nov. 7.

A list of available courses can be found at wnc.edu/class-schedule.

Individuals are also reminded that WNC offers 3-week and 5-week accelerated courses between the fall and spring semesters. They start on Dec. 19 and Jan. 3. Refer to the winter session schedule at wnc.edu/class-schedule.

Enrolling students can receive personal assistance from college staff members in preparation for spring semester by phoning Counseling Services at 775-445-3267.
