Sisolak issues proclamation ending Covid-19 State of Emergency

Governor Steve Sisolak issued a proclamation Thursday afternoon announcing the end of the state of Emergency in Nevada related to Covid-19, effective at 12:01 a.m. this morning, The State of Emergency had been in place since March of 2020. Sisolak’s proclamation cited the declining number of cases and hospitalizations since February and said because of the responses of the state, counties, local governments and many other agencies, we are prepared to treat and manage Covid 19.
