The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, with the help of other assisting agencies, arrested a suspect in the March 12 kidnapping of Naomi Irion.

Troy Driver, 41, of Fallon, is being held on charges of kidnapping. In addition, deputies searched a home in Fallon and found a truck that matches the description of the one LCSO had previously believed the suspect in the case may have been driving.

During this time a portion of Alcorn Road was blocked off to through traffic for the safety of the public and the Law Enforcement Officers serving the warrant.

Hickox said no further details about the incident, nature of the search warrant, or any items of evidence that might have been collected can be discussed or released at this time as this is an active and open investigation.

As of 7:45 p.m. Friday, LCSO said Naomi has still not been located and they are continuing to search for her and for more information in the case.

A public search scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday morning starting at the parking lot west of Love's Travel Center will take place as planned,

Why does the County have to pay the whole bill? Just my opinion.
