Robert Perea, The Fernley Reporter

Lyon County Sheriff’s Office detectives on Monday identified David Wayne Frees, 50, of Fernley, as the shooter in the shooting incident last Thursday at the MSC Industrial Direct, Inc. warehouse.

LCSO said the shooting night is the result of a domestic violence incident.

Frees was pronounced dead at the scene as a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound after shooting his victim.

The victim, who has not been identified, is expected to fully recover from the injuries. According to detectives, there are no other victims or suspects.

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office believes this is an isolated incident and poses no threat to the community.

Investigators are asking for anyone who may have any information regarding this case to please contact the LCSO detectives at 775-577-5206 or Secret Witness at 775-322-4900.

Why does the County have to pay the whole bill? Just my opinion.
