More than 65 people attended the 1st Option Realty's Grand Opening last Thursday. Owner/realtor Dana Uhlhorn says, “The turn out was amazing. The Mayor, many members of the Chamber of Commerce, lenders, past clients and business associates from as far away as Carson showed up. I believe a good time was had by all.”

Uhlhorn believes the Fernley area is about ready to take off and he wants to help with Fernley's new growth. Uhlhorn adds. “I plan on attending business broker classes in Las Vegas soon too.”

Denise Wagner, Uhlhorn's partner, is a long time Fernley resident and has had multiple careers in real estate. Uhlhorn says, “She is a fountain of knowledge about all things Fernley.”

Why does the County have to pay the whole bill? Just my opinion.Comment publication date: 5/7/26, 10:26 AMComment source: Storey County, Tesla partner to extend I-80 Patrick on-rampComment author: Alan ReederComment text: Great guy, laughed easily, had fun with his students, enjoyed our time together at FHS!Comment publication date: 4/23/26, 10:23 PMComment source: Howard David JacksonComment author: Jack & Nancy CookComment text: Wonderful man.
