Silverland 7th grade boys win Sagebrush League cross country championship
8th grade boys and both 7th and 8th grade girls finish second

Despite several injuries that put some runners out for the season, the Silverland Middle School cross country teams had a successful season, with the 7th grade boys winning the Sagebrush League championship and the 8th grade boys, 7th grade girls and 8th grade girls teams all taking second place.

In addition, Jonah Turner was the individual champion in the 8th grade boys race.

“The season was fast and furious and those that made it through improved tremendously. Many thanks to these determined athletes,” coach Lorie Rieger said.
