Silverland 7th grade boys win Sagebrush League cross country championship

8^th grade boys and both 7^th and 8^th grade girls finish second

Despite several injuries that put some runners out for the season, the Silverland Middle School cross country teams had a successful season, with the 7^th grade boys winning the Sagebrush League championship and the 8^th grade boys, 7^th grade girls and 8^th grade girls teams all taking second place.

In addition, Jonah Turner was the individual champion in the 8^th grade boys race.

“The season was fast and furious and those that made it through improved tremendously. Many thanks to these determined athletes,” coach Lorie Rieger said.
