Four new Lyon County COVID-19 cases reported Saturday

Four new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Lyon County were reported Saturday by the Quad-County Emergency Operations Center.

Those four were among six new cases in the Quad-County region, along with three recoveries. Lyon County now has had 33 total cases, with 12 recoveries, while the region has had 102 cases, 53 recoveries and one death. Five of the 48 active cases in the region are hospitalized patients.

The new Lyon County cases are a man in his 20’s, a woman in her 80’s, a man in his 50’s and a woman in her 20’s. The other two cases in the region are a Douglas County woman in her 50’s and a Carson City woman in her 20’s.
