Three new Lyon County COVID-19 cases reported Saturday

Three new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Lyon County were reported Saturday, bringing the county’s total so far to 10, with one recovery.

The three were among seven new cases overall reported by Quad-County Emergency Operations Center.

The three new Lyon County cases are a woman in her 20’s, a woman in her 40’s and a man in his 40’s. The other new cases reported Saturday were all Carson City residents.

Quad-County EOS said all seven patients are self-isolating at home.

There have been a total of 40 confirmed cases in the Quad County Region, with 11 recoveries and no deaths. Half of those cases have been in Carson City, with 10 each reported in Lyon and Douglas counties.
