The Silverland Middle School 7th grade girls basketball team went 14-0 and won the Sage Brush League Championship with a convincing win over Fallon.

According to coach Dave Burns, the most impressive thing about this team is not the record, but the way they went about it.

“They did it with hard work, sacrifice, and discipline which is not always easy to do,” Burns said. “They represented themselves, family, and school to the highest of standards and that is what I am most proud of. I would like to thank the girls for a great season and can’t wait to see the things to come for this group.
