Chamber of Commerce hosting job fair Oct. 13
Robert Perea, The Fernley Reporter

The Fernley Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its second job fair next Wednesday, Oct. 13 from 3-7 p.m. in the Commons area at Fernley High School.

As of Oct. 4, there were 15 businesses signed up with open positions. More than 70 job seekers and 12 employers participated in the Chamber’s first job fair last July.

Jobs are available from multiple employers in construction, welding, production, distribution and service industries.

Job seekers are advised to dress in appropriate attire and bring plenty of copies of their information and resumes.

The job fair is sponsored by The Fernley Chamber of Commerce and Manpower.

Why does the County have to pay the whole bill? Just my opinion.
