Toni Patterson started the Annual Open Doors Women's Conference several years ago to bring Christians from different churches, towns and cities together to stop criticizing each other and to make a commitment to doing good for their communities.

This year's speakers include Pastor Ric of Reno/Sparks, Rebekah Harrison, Toni Patterson, Lyndsay Terry and Director of Focus International, Sherry Poundstone. Other activities include time to worship, lunch and the Sand Ceremony. The event is free.
