Buttigieg to speak at Keep Nevada Blue Dinner and kick off Nevada Pete Wave in Reno

Buttigieg to speak at Keep Nevada Blue Dinner and kick off Nevada Pete Wave in Reno

Mayor Pete Buttigieg will return to Nevada for a series of events this weekend. On Saturday, Buttigieg will take a tour to highlight Reno’s affordable housing crisis with local social justice organization Faith in Action Nevada, kick off the Northern Nevada Pete Wave with supporters and volunteers at Sparks High School, and speak at the Nevada State Democratic Party Keep Nevada Blue Dinner. Additional stops and details about the trip will be announced in the coming days.

This trip comes as Buttigieg’s campaign in Nevada has seen a major ramp up this month. The campaign now has more than 30 staff on the ground in the Silver State and has opened three offices in East Las Vegas, Elko, and Henderson in the last 10 days — with more office openings planned in the coming weeks. Pete will also return to Las Vegas on October 2nd for the gun safety forum hosted by March for Our Lives and Giffords, as well as on Oct. 22 to keynote the Battle Born Progress Dinner.

Why does the County have to pay the whole bill? Just my opinion.Comment publication date: 5/7/26, 10:26 AMComment source: Storey County, Tesla partner to extend I-80 Patrick on-rampComment author: Alan ReederComment text: Great guy, laughed easily, had fun with his students, enjoyed our time together at FHS!Comment publication date: 4/23/26, 10:23 PMComment source: Howard David JacksonComment author: Jack & Nancy CookComment text: Wonderful man.
