Shepherd to speak to Fernley Democratic Club Tuesday

Rich Shepherd, a candidate for Nevada Congressional District 2, will be the guest speaker at the next meeting of the Fernley Democratic Club.

The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17 at the Fernley Library.

Shepherd grew up in Northern Nevada, where he got an economics degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, where he also served as an instructor. He is the owner of Synux Technologies, which offers IT services and computer repair.
