Roadtrip Nation coming to Nevada

Roadtrip Nation coming to Nevada

The Fernley Reporter

In partnership with Tesla, the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development, and Strada Education Network, Roadtrip Nation is looking for students from Nevada to join its team on a statewide road trip this November.

The application is open until July 14. They are looking for individuals who are at least 18 years old and are interested in Nevada’s growing industries. Whether you’re in high school, a recent high school grad or a postsecondary student, this trip is for you,

During the 2-3 week trip, students will take a closer look at the state’s workforce by exploring career opportunities in emerging industries—from information technology to advanced manufacturing, urban farming, mining, aerospace, entertainment, and more. The trip will be documented by Roadtrip Nation and shared for educational purposes to showcase the state’s breadth of career opportunities.

For more information, or to submit an application, students can go to rtn.is/Nevada.

Why does the County have to pay the whole bill? Just my opinion.Comment publication date: 5/7/26, 10:26 AMComment source: Storey County, Tesla partner to extend I-80 Patrick on-rampComment author: Alan ReederComment text: Great guy, laughed easily, had fun with his students, enjoyed our time together at FHS!Comment publication date: 4/23/26, 10:23 PMComment source: Howard David JacksonComment author: Jack & Nancy CookComment text: Wonderful man.
