SVN/Gold Dust Commercial Associates, one of the nation’s premier net lease brokerage firms, has completed the sale of 878 Cottonwood Lane, a 3,240 square foot Industrial Flex condo in Fernley, Nevada for $357,500.

Associate Advisor Heather Collins of SVN | Gold Dust Commercial Associates represented both the buyer and seller. The transaction also featured a 10-day closing, an all cash buyer and was an owner user purchase. The condo is located in the I-80 E. Corridor industrial submarket of the greater Reno/Tahoe area.
