The cause of a fire that damaged a vacant home on Country Drive Thursday night is under inbestigation by the North Lyon County Fire Protection District and State Fire Marshal’s Office.
North Lyon Fire crews responded to a report of an unknown fire at 10:22 p.m. Thursday. Crews arrived on scene to find a well involved house, that was reported to be vacant. There were no injuries or deaths reported.
Truckee Meadows, Storey County and Central Lyon fire departments all responded.
