Silverland 7th grade girls finish season 11-3

Silverland 7th grade girls finish season 11-3
Courtesy coach Tom Kingston

The Silverland Middle School 7th grade girls had a really competitive season, completing the season with 11 wins and 3 losses. This was an outstanding accomplishment for these young athletes. We had many girls that came out for the first time but, for all of their hard work they put into practices and into the games they played, it showed they cared about becoming a better basketball player. They were great students of the game and when you have athletes that care and listen to what needs to be done to get better they met the challenge and surpassed my expectations way beyond. These young ladies have great potential if they continue to work hard in the off season. They definitely showed up to practice with the right attitude every day and I hope they continue their success in the game of basketball.
