Tamara Roseberry says, “The Fernley STEM Festival was a great success for the 5th year in a row. We had 56 community members judged over 200 poster entries and 36 exhibitors/businesses demonstrated how they use STEM everyday.”

Best of show STEM Festival winners include Zachery Peterson; Grant Miller, Cailynnse Bixby, Anaya Wilson Tyger Hunter (team); and Dallin Guisti, Luke Parker, Weston Guisti (team).

This years festival also had an art contest whose theme was “Balancing the clean energy equation.” Winning Art - Madison Tucker. Winning Video - Tyger Hunter. Honorable Mentions - Seth Jansson and Jodi Hieronymus.

More than 1000 people attended the event again this year.
