Home invasion suspect arrested

A man wanted on home invasion and domestic battery charges in Fernley was arrested Monday by Lyon County Sheriff’s deputies.

Aaron George Gaynor, 36, of Fernley, was wanted on two counts of home invasion and domestic battery until his arrest Monday at approximately 2:40 p.m.

Gaynor is currently being held in the Lyon County Detention Facility in Yerington, Nevada.

The Sheriff’s Office had put out a notice Sunday asking for the community’s help to locate Gaynor after the latest home invasion that afternoon in Fernley.
