Foster/adoptive parent training offered

A series of classes are being offered for people who are interested in becoming foster or adoptive parents.

The Nevada Department of Health and Human Services will be holding foster/adoptive parent training at Carson-Tahoe Regional Medical Center on three dates in December.

The training dates are:

  • Saturday, Dec. 2: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  • Sunday, Dec. 3: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  • Sunday, Dec. 17: 9:30a.m. to 6:30 p.m.


All three classes are required for general foster/adoptive parents.
