Power outage darkens most of Fernley

Five different power outages in Fernley have most of Fernley’s NV Energy customers without power.

The first outage was reported at 10:10 p.m., affecting 5,167 customers.

NV Energy estimates power will be restored approximately 1 a.m., but the cause so far is undetermined.
