Despite several injuries that put some runners out for the season, the Silverland Middle School cross country teams had a successful season, with the 7th grade boys winning the Sagebrush League championship and the 8th grade boys, 7th grade girls and 8th grade girls teams all taking second place.
In addition, Jonah Turner was the individual champion in the 8th grade boys race.
