At Last, Biggest Little Radio is going FM!
Biggest Little Radio, best known for broadcasting as an online digital only radio station, is proud to announce its new launch on the FM dial at 101.3, Monday thru Saturday from 10 a.m.-8 p.m., effective January 2, 2017.
Offering the community of Fernley, Fallon, Reno, Sparks, and other surrounding areas an exciting program of music from Top Pop hits, Active Rock, EDM, Classic Hits, along with local Hot Topic segments, local community news, weather, traffic, events & more. Biggest Little Radio has been gaining strong support and rave reviews since its official launch in April of 2016. KRNG 101.3 FM, which currently serves as a Christian Rock radio station, will continue to serve its community listeners with Christian Rock outside of Biggest Little Radio’s programming hours.
“It’s one thing being an online only radio station, but it’s one major step getting to offer the community our variety of programming on an FM dial,” says Biggest Little Radio owner JRodriguez, who established Biggest Little Radio in January of 2016. “It has been my mission to offer listeners a variety of music, serve under-represented communities, and make listening to live radio fun again. These days when you walk into most radio stations, their studios are empty, like a ghost town. That’s mainly because a majority of radio stations are now automated. For the 10 hours a day that we’re on 101.3 FM we will not be automated, we will be live. That’s why we’re here!”
The station, which can be streamed online from www.BiggestLittleRadio.com 24/7, can now be heard on 101.3 FM Monday thru Saturday from 10am-8pm. Android users can stream from their website link, but Apple users can download the SHOUTcast all radio app. Biggest Little Radio features more than 12 regular shows, produced by local talent, DJs, and more.
