The Carson City Health and Human Services Quad County Emergency Operations Center reported the deaths of two Lyon County residents due to COVID-19 on Monday since its Friday update.
No information was released on the people who died. The deaths were updated on the CCHHS database Saturday.
Quad County EOC also reported 36 new cases and four recoveries Monday.
There have been 1,815 total cases in Lyon County, 890 of them currently active, with 899 recoveries and 26 deaths.
As of 6 p.m. Dec. 14, 588 total cases had been reported and 277 cases were active in the 89408 zip code, according to Carson City Health and Human Services and the Quad-County EOC. The breakdown of cases by zip code within the Quad-County region is available at https://gethealthycarsoncity.org/covid-19-cases-by-zip-code/.
There have now been 7,464 total cases, 3,419 recoveries and 72 deaths in the Quad-County region.
