Three Lyon County COVID-19 recoveries reported Wednesday

Three recoveries from previously confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Lyon County, and no new cases, were reported Wednesday by the Quad-County Emergency Operations Center.

In all, there were seven recoveries and no new cases in the Quad-County region Wednesday.

The total number of confirmed cases remains at 90 in the region and 27 in Lyon County. Of those, 41 in the region and eight in Lyon County have recovered. One person, a Carson City resident, has died from COVID-19.

Four of the 55 Quad County residents with active cases are currently hospitalized due to COVID-19.

As of April 27, there has been approximately 1,404 tests performed by all providers within the Quad-Counties.
