Six Lyon County COVID-19 cases, 13 recoveries reported Wednesday

The Carson City Health and Human Services Quad County Emergency Operations Center reported six new cases of COVID-19 and 13 recoveries in Lyon County Wednesday..

There have been 613 total cases in Lyon County, 45 of them currently active, with 555 recoveries and 13 deaths.

CCHHS also did not provide any information about the new cases.

As of its most recent update at 6 p.m. Oct. 28, 234 total cases have been reported and 11 cases are active in the 89408 zip code, according to Carson City Health and Human Services and the Quad-County EOC. The breakdown of cases by zip code within the Quad-County region is available at https://gethealthycarsoncity.org/covid-19-cases-by-zip-code/.

There have now been 1,822 total cases, 1,644 recoveries and 22 deaths in the Quad-County region.
