Quad County EOC reports 20 new COVID-19 cases, 19 recoveries Monday

The Carson City Health and Human Services Quad County Emergency Operations Center reported 20 new cases of COVID-19 and 19 recoveries Monday.

There have been 2,107 total cases in Lyon County, 977 of them currently active, with 1,090 recoveries and 40 deaths.

As of 6 p.m. Dec. 28, 888 total cases had been reported and 440 cases were active in the 89408 zip code, according to Carson City Health and Human Services and the Quad-County EOC. The breakdown of cases by zip code within the Quad-County region is available at https://gethealthycarsoncity.org/covid-19-cases-by-zip-code/.

There have now been 8,852 total cases, 4,434 recoveries and 106 deaths in the Quad-County region.
