One new Lyon County COVID-19 case, three recoveries reported Tuesday

One new case of COVID-19 and three recoveries were reported Tuesday by the Quad County Emergency Operations Center.

There have been 439 total cases in Lyon County, 30 of them currently active, with 402 recoveries and seven deaths.

  • A woman in her 50’s with no connection to a previously reported case.

As of its most recent update at 6 p.m. Sept. 28, 188 total cases have been reported and 19 cases are active in the 89408 zip code, according to Carson City Health and Human Services and the Quad-County EOC. The breakdown of cases by zip code within the Quad-County region is available at https://gethealthycarsoncity.org/covid-19-cases-by-zip-code/.

There have now been 1,304 total cases, 1,210 recoveries and 16 deaths in the Quad-County region.
