One new Lyon County COVID-19 case reported Friday

One new positive case of COVID-19 was reported Friday by the Quad-County Emergency Operations Center.

That brings the total number of confirmed cases in Lyon County to seven, including one recovery.

The new Lyon County case is a man in his 50’s, and was one of two new cases in the Quad-County region. The other is a Douglas County man in his 30’s. Quad-County EOC is reporting that they are both self-isolating at home.

There are now 33 total cases in the Quad-County region, with 22 of them still active, and 11 recoveries.
