One new case of COVID-19 and four recoveries in Lyon County were reported Wednesday by the Quad-County Emergency Operations Center.
Wednesday’s new case was a woman in her teens with no connection to a previously reported case.
There have been 366 total cases in Lyon County, 41 of them currently active, with 319 recoveries and six deaths.
As of its most recent update at 6 p.m. Sept. 9, 160 total cases have been reported and 22 cases are active in the 89408 zip code, according to Carson City Health and Human Services and the Quad-County EOC. There have now been 1,106 total cases, 998 recoveries and 15 deaths in the Quad-County region.
