The Fernley High School soccer teams each defeated Battle Mountain Wednesday afternoon.

The girls team rallied from a 1-0 deficit with two late goals by Brooke Chapin for a 2-1 win.

Chapin booted in a left-footed shot from about 13 yards in front of the goal in the 64th minute to tie the game 1-1, then nailed another shot from about 10 yards out 11 minutes later.
