The Mayor reserves the right to hear agenda items out of order, combine two or more agenda items for consideration or remove an item from the agenda or delay discussion relating to an item on the agenda at any time. All items are action items unless otherwise noted.

For Possible Action Discussion and Possible Action to amend the eligibility criteria for the COVID-19 Small Business Economic Assistance Program to allow for applicants who have received prior federal or state COVID-19 assistance to qualify with the provision that the business may not “double dip” by using other COVID-19 economic financial assistance and the Grant received by the City for the same expenses.
