The Mayor reserves the right to hear agenda items out of order, combine two or more agenda items for consideration, or remove an item from the agenda or delay discussion relating to an item on the agenda at any time. All items are action items unless otherwise noted.

Presentation and discussion on the Draft update to the City of Fernley’s Comprehensive Master Plan. The City Council may provide input and take action directing staff to make modifications to the plan prior to review and adoption by the Planning Commission and certification by the City Council. The cities failure to stream this important meeting shows a serious lack of informing its citizens of the actions they are formulating into law. Undoubtedly they fear citizen concerns of their actions. WBClegg
