Public Comment: Those wishing to address the City Council may submit public comment through the online public comment form found at https://www.cityoffernley.org/forms, or by sending an email to cityclerk@cityoffernley.org. Comments received prior to 4:00 pm the day of the meeting will be provided to City Council and added to the record but will not be read during the live meeting. Public comments received after 4 pm the day of the meeting will be included in the record by may not reach council members before action is taken. Public comment, whether on action items or public comment, is limited to three (3) minutes per person. Unused time may not be reserved by the speaker, nor allocated to another speaker. The public may comment on any matter that is not specifically included on an agenda as an action item or comment on a specific agenda item. Items not included on the agenda cannot be acted upon other than to place them on a future agenda. Additionally, if you wish you can comment in person at the meeting or use the Raise your Hand feature in Zoom (*9 if you are participating via phone).

2.4. Possible action to approve a contract with Farr West Engineering for the continued implementation and hosting of the Strategic Asset Management programs (ArcGIS Online and VueWorks) in an amount not to exceed $50,000.

2.5. Possible Action to Approve the Will-Serve Request from Genica Shadow Hills, LLC for 45.5 ERC’s for Water and 66 ERC’s for Sewer for 66 townhomes for Lyon County Parcel 021-121- 19 located on the corner of Cottonwood Ln. and Hardie Ln. Fernley, NV 89408

2.8. Possible Action to approve the ratification of expenditures for the emergency rebuild of the Fernley Municipal Well #11 pump and replacement of column for an amount not to exceed $72,703 to Carson Pump.

2.9. Possible action to Approve award of an annual 2022-2023 Material Supplier Contract to Western Nevada Supply in amount not to exceed the unit pricing listed in the attached inventory pricing list.

2.10. Possible action to Approve the award of 2022-2024 Water Treatment Plant Residuals Solids Removal Contract to Marshall’s Sanitation Services LLC. in amount not to exceed 0.39 per gallon.

2.11. Possible action to approve a contract with Shaw Engineering for on-call engineering services.

2.12. Possible action to Approve the award of the 2022-2023 Traffic Signal Maintenance Service Contract to Titan Electrical Contracting, Inc. in an amount not to exceed the unit price for the services listed in the bid document not to exceed $128,000.

2.13. Possible Action to purchase one (1) Mini Excavator from PAPE Machinery, the City of Fernley’s Parks/General Services Department, for an amount not to exceed $59,478.88.

2.14. Possible Action to purchase one (1) DL142 Low Pro Dump Trailer from Huntley Motor World for the City of Fernley’s Parks/Facilities Department for an amount not to exceed $16,123.25.

2.15. Possible action to approve a request to waive the Liquor License fee for the Annual Fernley 4th of July Celebration to be held at the Out of Town Park.
