Possible approval to amend the current contract for a Water Resource Plan (WRP) awarded to Farr West Engineering to provide for an increase in the amount to be paid for Task 8 of the original contract from $10,890 to $20,890 and an overall increase in the contract from $120,500 to $130,500.

Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution 19-002 supporting the submittal and approval of an application to the United States Bureau of Reclamation requesting authorization to construct a new takeout structure on the Truckee Canal; approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with the Bureau for reimbursement of costs associated with review of said application; and authorizing the City Manager to transmit to the Bureau the deposits required by said contract.
