The Carson City Health and Human Services Quad County Emergency Operations Center reported eight new cases of COVID-19 and 12 recoveries Friday.
There have been 2,310 total cases in Lyon County, 1,062 of them currently active, with 1,204 recoveries and 45 deaths.
As of 6 p.m. Jan. 10, 995 total cases had been reported and 483 cases were active in the 89408 zip code, according to Carson City Health and Human Services and the Quad-County EOC. There have now been 9,783 total cases, 5,057 recoveries and 149 deaths in the Quad-County region.
