A man in his 40’s is the fourth confirmed positive case of COVID-19 in Lyon County, Carson City Health and Human Services reported Monday afternoon.
The man is self-isolating at home and his condition is stable, CCHHS reported, adding that it is working to identify close risk contacts to prevent further spread of the disease.
This is the 22nd total case in the Quad County region. CCHHS reported that six of the previous cases have recovered, bringing the total to eight recoveries out of the 22 total cases. There have been no deaths from COVID-19 in the Quad County Region.
All four Lyon County cases remain active. Of the rest, there are three active cases and four recoveries in Douglas County, seven active cases and four recoveries in Carson City, and no confirmed cases in Storey County.
